Australia Awards Small Grant Scheme Sri Lanka: Apply Now for 2025
The Australia Awards Small Grant Scheme Sri Lanka is now open. It helps past students use what they learned in Australia to create a positive impact at home.
This grant program also builds a strong link between Australia and Sri Lanka, supporting small community projects that make real change.
This year’s focus areas are climate action, gender equality, disability inclusion, helping underrepresented communities, economic recovery, and good governance.
Who Can Apply
The Australia Awards Small Grant Scheme Sri Lanka offers up to AUD 5,000 for each project. Projects must finish within nine months after signing the grant agreement.
Anyone who studied in Australia under an Australia Awards Scholarship, Short Course, or Endeavour Fellowship can apply. You must live in Sri Lanka now.
You can apply on your own or with a group of up to five alumni. Projects that include gender equality, climate action, or disability inclusion will be given more attention.
